Sailor Moon Eternal Movie, Part I, has been confirmed to release in Japan on September 11, 2020. The movie will pick up from where Sailor Moon Cystal Season 3 left off. In other words, it will replace season 4 of SMC. The artwork has been updated completely, and more closely resembles the manga (or rather, a mix of manga and anime).
