Gourmandise will be releasing Sailor Moon USB 2-Port AC Adapters. The two designs are inspired by Sailor Moon or the Outer Senshi. Each adapter cost 2,280 yen (tax not included). These will be available later November 2019. You can reserve them from Gourmandise's website, or possibly from AmiAmi or Amazon Japan.
In order to buy from Gourmandise, you'll need an online proxy service.
